ChibiRu http://chibiru.com ChibiRu Department Store cette année !! Comme j'ai passé les vacances de Noël en famille, ça fait un moment que je n'ai pas écrit de nouvel article. Mais je vais me rattraper. Aujourd'hui, je vais vous parler de Noël. Le 24 au soir, on s'est régalés avec un délicieux repas de réveillon. D'abord une douzaine d'huîtres crues, simplement avec du jus de citron.
Pain de seigle

Voici mon assiette : au début, ça me paraissait énorme ! On mange les huîtres avec du pain de seigle beurré (1ère photo). Et puis il y avait un tas de crevettes avec de la mayonnaise faite maison. Je les avais prises en photos, mais je ne peux pas les mettre ici parce que c'était très flou.
Boudins blancs et boudins noirs
En plat principal, on avait du boudin noir et du boudin blanc ; le boudin noir, c'est fait avec du sang etc. et le boudin blanc avec du poulet, du lait, des œufs etc. J'avais un peu peur d'en manger, mais en fait, c'était très bon, avec de la purée de pommes de terre et des pommes cuites. Comme dessert, on a mangé un gâteau au chocolat préparé par maman. Il était adorablement décoré avec un petit Père Noël et des feuilles de houx.

Et voici le jour de Noël. Le matin, on profite des cadeaux que le Père Noël a apportés pendant la nuit.
Sapin de Noël
En France, le soir de Noël, chacun met ses chaussures au pied du sapin avant d'aller se coucher. Et donc, quand on se réveille, les cadeaux sont dans les chaussures. (En fait, c'est dessus parce que les paquets ne se rentrent pas dedans :p) Et puis on dit "Merci Père Noël !" à haute voix. Moi, j'ai eu : un coffret de l'Occitane avec un savon et de la crème de soin pour les mains, le nouvel album "The Fall" de Norah Jones, un petit broc-note en forme de pomme, un miroir-réveil, et...

Une peluche de chimpanzé, pour laquelle j'avais eu le coup de foudre dans un magasin de jouets en Allemagne ! (Mais je n'avais pas pu l'amener parce que je n'avais pas assez de sous...) Merci Père Noël qui l'a ramenée en secret !! Ça y est, les cadeaux de Noël ouverts, on passe à table. D'abord, du fois gras en entrée.

On en mange sur des toasts. C'était vraiment délicieux, au point que ma langue a fondu dans ma bouche !! (J'ai inventé cette expression :)) Et puis, le plat principal... je voudrais bien vous raconter, mais j'ai dû abandonner, mon estomac avait un peu de mal à supporter autant de repas de fête à la suite. C'était un joli chapon, mais malgré tout, je n'avais pas plus la force de le prendre en photo que d'y goûter. Je me suis reposée pendant que la famille savourait le chapon, de retour pour le dessert, j'ai mangé de la bûche de Noël, avec de la crème anglaise. Bien sûr, c'est maman qui l'avait faite.

Au Japon, on prononce "BOUche de Noël" mais c'est pas la prononciation française... Bonus : Occhi qui dort enroulé dans mon écharpe.
